My background includes network service provisioning, ISP design and operations, wireless and satellite communications, perimeter security, enterprise networking, rural systems deployment, World Bank/GOI contracts, and public-private sector cooperation involving local regional governments. I'm an excellent problem solver with strong written and verbal communications skills, and am adept in establishing solid business relationships and streamlining systems to ensure maximum efficiency, ease of use, continuity in operations and optimal learning and support.
