transparency and pro-poor investments.
Role: Contributing consultant,
responsible for sections on e-government concepts and readiness

Description:
Web-based English-language training extension. A nine-hour
"module" that provides students with the opportunity to express
themselves individually and as a class on the World Wide Web. With the
instructor’s help, each class creates a website which is then
developed at each successive level of study, reflecting the changing
membership and interests of the class, and providing a written record
by which students can judge their own progress over the years. View

One-month pilot course in basic website design using Microsoft
FrontPage 2000. The course employs completely original materials and
is aimed at students with minimal computer skills. At the end of the
course, each student has produced their own website, which is then
hosted on the main company internet site.
